LeadToText ("we", "us") provides lead-response, missed-call recovery, and review-request text messaging on behalf of the local service businesses that use our platform. This policy explains what information we collect through that service and how it is used.
When a website visitor submits a contact or quote-request form, or calls a business using our platform, we collect the name, phone number, and message content provided at that time. If a customer responds to a review request, we also collect the rating and any feedback text submitted.
This information is used only to operate the messaging service: notifying the business of a new lead or missed call, sending a confirmation text to the person who reached out, and sending review-request texts on the business's behalf. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Information is shared only with the specific business the end-user contacted, and with our messaging infrastructure provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the text messages described above. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS/text messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through this service are never used for marketing.
